I'm from South Africa - speaking Afrikaans:
almost the same as Nederland's.
I've got other ideas that I have done in the
classroom that I will contribute to this site, after
I translate it to English
This board was my own idea. I used coloured
pipe cleaners to form the words (Welkom
terug / Welcome back.); the pictures was
printed or from the sheets you use to get
before computors, I coloured them and used
glitter. The top sign I print on paper and
mount it on a hard board and put on dicifix.
(Original)
I was recently at a beach youth meetings and
done some boards there. The children really
loved it and everyday they come and asked
what does the board say today. That was
really fun. Here's my versions of the
boards. Thanx for the ideas: (next 5 boards)
Cell Phones & Bibles
God's promises:
I used real sweets to do the wording, and
afterwards I let the children pull of the
sweets. They really loved it, it was like to
destroy something.
Jesus washes away your sins
Welcome:
Did you remember to bring God with you on holiday? (This was quite fun to
make because of the bucket to stay in place.
But one things for sure: double sided tape
works well)
Your God's masterpiece
Welcome: I used tissue paper at the
back. The boy and girl I draw and then
painted it. The flowers are also from tissue
paper and a blob of paint in the middle. The
words are printed on board and I cut it out.
Close ups:
I used the idea of the tools and change the
wording to "Are you use full to God?"
The wording is "door slam". The silver dots
are stickers with a line through to
represent a screw.
