a song that I learned as a little girl and
really do pray it each day.

“It’s September ..
Celebrate”
I chose a few
“special days” in September from a
“special days” search. Then I
downloaded clip art pictures to
illustrate each day and added a
scripture to go with each.

The scarecrow board advertizes our
church’s Wednesday night programming
(WOW – What’s On Wednesday). I saw this
scarecrow panel at Walmart and thought
he would be fun to make. Since I don’t
have any good place to hang him at my
house, I decided to bring him to church
and use him on a bulletin board that I
can see from my desk. He makes me
smile!
New
Mercies
This is a rather large board in the entry
to the church – right outside my office
window. This spring I decided to use it as
my “personal flower garden” since I enjoy
flowers, but am not much of a gardener.
Each month I am changing the flowers in my
“garden” and using a different song each
month. In May I used the theme “New Mercies
Every Morning”. This is a very low-cost
board. The fence at the bottom and the
flowers came from a dollar store; the
“trees” on the sides came from one I have
had sitting in my basement for years; and
the pictures were borrowed from my bedroom
