This original display is the final one of
a series of three for the Easter season. The
background and table top is black fabric,
the tomb on the table was constructed using
MDF, wire mesh and plaster bandage then
finished off using auto spray paints and
railroad modeling items. The tomb contains
a flat stone and representations of the
grave clothes. The speech bubbles contain
Luke 24 verse 6 in a variety of languages
(via
www.biblegateway.com). The 'sunburst
effect' uses a variety of widths of ribbon,
including two strips coming out from the
board, being fixed to the ceiling of the
room.
Pentecost
Based on Joel 2 verses 28 and 29 and Acts 2
verses 1-4.
The mirrored card allows people to see their
own face, with a flame above them.
