I started out with someone  else's bulletin board idea for the names of Jesus. I did it in spring colors in early March. 

 

Then for Maundy Thursday I places pleated black fabric over the names in the middle and added grapes and fresh bread with the words Given for you. I also hung a very old print of Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane over the black.
For Good Friday I replaced the print with a cross made out of logs with the word forgiven. For Easter I will remove the black and put the words He is risen and superimpose the words He is Risen . I also have butterflies to add for Easter. Here is the Easter update. I used long pins so the letters for "He is risen " stood off from the board. Hard to tell in the picture.
