For Pastor Appreciation Sunday, I created a bulletin board that started with a huge communion cup. I wrote a list of all the best things about our new pastor - enthusiasm, new ideas, enjoys working with youth, etc - and using the colorful punch-out letters I purchase at our local Dollar Store, I had all of the phrases spilling out of the cup all over the board. Across the top I wrote "Thank You Pastor" and underneath the cup, I wrote "Our Blessings Overflow". Very easy and colorful and personal.
